How to Make an Order From Designedbykorea?
Here are some  step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from Designedbykorea:

1- Register with Designedbykorea for free.
2- Log in your Designedbykorea account.
3- Search or browse products, And if you wish to buy them, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one piece item if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind. Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you looking at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser.
4- If you want to find out the total price including shipping, click "Estimate Shipping Costs" in the cart contents page.
5.- The first checkout page is "address book", you can edit you billing address or change shipping address. e.g. to an different address.
6.- On the second checkout page, you can choose shipping methods. And you can also choose the payment method you prefer. In the textbox, You can add special request for your order. e.g. the declared value of the package that you wish for customs purposes.
7.- If you choose PayPal and click "Place An Order" button, you can go to PayPal login page. You will receive an email confirming your order information.

We will begin processing your order when payment is received. After we send out your order, We will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address.

Paying with Credit Card or Debit Card
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments from most locations worldwide.  Paying by credit card or debit card is safe, easy and convenient at Designedbykorea.

Using Your Credit Card or Debit Card 
1.On your View Cart page, click 'Checkout' button  after reviewing your items.
2. On the checkout page, under Payment Methods, select Credit Card or Debit Card.
3. Fill in the required information carefully.
4. After reviewing your payment details, click “Place Your Order” button.

All your credit card details are securely stored by Paypal and not Designedbykorea.
Paying by Credit Card through Paypal is a quick, secure, and convenient way to order from us.

Note: Designedbykorea does not store or review your credit card & personal information. As such, should any issues arise regarding your credit card or debit card transaction, please contact  Paypal or your credit card company for assistance. Designedbykorea cannot accept any responsibility for any credit card or debit card payment issues.

Paying with Paypal
PayPal is a secure and trusted payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at Designedbykorea to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
Using PayPal

You do not need to have a PayPal account before ordering from Designedbykorea.

1. On your 'View Cart' page, click 'Checkout' button  after reviewing your items.
2. Select PayPal (Pay by PayPal)  after reviewing your items and then Click the 'Place an order' button.
You will then leave Designedbykorea and enter PayPal's website.
3. Log in to your PayPal account, or create one if you haven't already.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions given by PayPal.

Advantages of using PayPal:
Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). If you do use your credit card through PayPal, Designedbykorea won't see your credit card number, minimizing the risk of unauthorized use.

How Can I Return a Faulty Item?
Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our Return Policy.

Please email our Customer Service Department at: help@Designedbykorea.com, we will offer you a return code (dk.Re 011811) and our return address, along with additional important instructions.

Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.

If you did not buy your product directly from Designedbykorea.com, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you.

TIP: Please do not send faulty goods back without discussing with us. It is very hard for us to handle a package without any necessary order information. We will also give you some instructions for returning goods from your country to Korea.

I Can't Log in
Please follow the following instructions:

It might be a problem caused by Designedbykorea.com system maintenance - Please wait 30 minutes and try again.

Ensure that cookies from www.designedbykorea.com are accepted in your browser (Internet Explorer or others).

If the above methods still do not work, please contact customer service and a customer service representative will help you to resolve the issue.

TIP: If you're not sure if the problem is with us or you, please test logging in with a different set of computer, or try different browsers.

If you made a mistake when you registered, and you can't access your account, and you've never made any orders, it might be quickest to just use the registration to sign up again for a new account.

I Paid for an Order and the Order Was Canceled, Why?

If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment, or the products you want ordered are out of stock. In most cases, our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email to discuss the matter with you, but if we can not get in touch with you within 5 days after we receive your payment, we will automatically return the funds to you. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of your money and purchase order.

Possible reasons for refunding money are:
- PayPal account name and address does not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we try to contact you.
- The products you ordered are out of stock (we usually keep our inventory stocked and updated), and there was no response when we try to contact you.

 

Shipping Options & Cost

Choose a Shipping Method
You can choose the shipping method you want on the Checkout page during the Checkout process. There are two main shipping methods to choose from:

EMS(Expedited Shipping)
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3 - 5 business days to all major destinations. Shipping costs  vary with item.

Korea Post Registered Airmail(Registered Standard Shipping)
Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 6 - 10 business days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item.

Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:

Weight and dimensions of package
The location the seller is shipping from (city, state, country or region)
The location the seller is shipping to (also called the destination country or region)

Therefore, costs may vary greatly depending on what, where and how the seller is shipping, and can be considerably higher for international destinations.

Generally, buyers pay additional costs that may apply such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Your package will arrive at your door, but then you might need to pay extra international fees.

Before you place an order, you can click the "Calculate shipping cost" link to get the discounted shipping costs to and from any country or region under different shipping methods.

 

How to Cancel an Order Before Payment and After Payment?

CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT
If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later references.

We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we are not processing your order.

You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your shopping cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this.

If your order is more than a week please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.

WITHDRAWING AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you are uncertain about something in your order and you wish to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packaging process so you still time to make changes.

If the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.

If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not canceling the previous items, simply contact us and we will process it, usually for no extra fees.

If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change and cancel it. You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit.

 

How Can I Check Order Status?

1.  Why is there no match for my email address and/or password?
-  You may have entered your email address incorrectly.
     Please make sure that you are using the email address you provided when setting up your account. You may have entered an alternate email address by mistake.

- The password you entered may be incorrect.
    The password you created when you registered an account contains a minimum of 5 characters. Please check that you have the correct password and try again.
    If you have forgotten your password, you can click here to reset your password.

2.  Why is there no match for my order number and email address?
     Please check the confirmation email you received when you placed your order to verify the information, and try again.

     If you are certain you have the correct order number and email address but still cannot view your order status, please contact customer service for more help.

3.  Why can’t I see my other orders?
If you have a Designedbykorea account:
- You may have placed some orders as a guest. These orders will not appear in My Account when you are logged in. To view these orders, please check the email confirmation you received when you placed your order and use this information to check your Order Status.

- You may have used your order number and email address to view your order status; this method of checking order status only displays one order at a time.

If you don't have a Designedbykorea account:
- You have placed your order as a guest. Checking your order status using your email address and order number only displays one order at a time. To view your other orders, you will have to use the order number and email address associated with each individual order to check your Order Status one by one.
